Friday evening, I had the honor and privilege of addressing the 2007 Graduating class at the Harris School of Business in Linwood, NJ. I came to learn that many of these students overcame a variety of obstacles, trials, & tribulations in their personal lives - and a good number of them did so while maintaining high GPA's and perfect attendance records. My message to them was one of encouragement (naturally), and to realize that although they have achieved a great accomplishment in completing their assorted courses of study, they should never become "satisfied and complacent."
